Seventeen years, one neighborhood at a time.
Alicia Grant started Meridian in 2009 after years of watching absentee managers treat rental homes like spreadsheets. The first portfolio was fourteen duplexes in Plaza Midwood, leased by hand and maintained by a two-person crew.
Today we manage 1,240 doors across Charlotte, Matthews, Concord and Lake Norman — and the operating philosophy hasn't changed. Residents get a real person on the phone. Owners get transparent books, photo documentation and a manager who has walked the property.
We hold ourselves to a published service standard: maintenance acknowledged within four business hours, emergencies dispatched within one, applications decided within three business days, and owner statements posted by the 10th of every month.
